Located on the East and West sides of the building, accessible parking is available and marked by the universal symbol. Hang tags or plates are needed for accessible parking.

Access Ramps

Exterior Ramps with curb cuts from the parking lot to the entrances are located on the East and West sides of the building.

Entrances

All entrances into the arena are accessible. All restrooms for Men and Women are accessible.

Service Animals And Listening Devices

Service Animals are permitted in the State Farm Hidalgo Arena. Headsets and Receivers for the ADA-approved enhancement system must be requested 72 hours in advance by calling the Box Office to the Arena (956) 646-1050 - Monday-Friday | 10-6pm.

Sign Interpreters

Payne Arena can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 14 days prior to the event. For details call the Box Office to the Arena (956) 646-1050 - Monday-Friday | 10-6pm.

Fountains

Various water fountains located throughout the concourse are mounted low, making them accessible to patrons.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located in Section 101 Row A and Sections 118,119 and 121 for events, concerts and performances playing at 180 degrees with back drop (half-house events).

 Accessible seating is located in Sections 101 and 113 Row A and Sections 106,107,109,110, 118, 119 and 121 Row S for full Arena-events, including concerts, hockey, basketball and select boxing events.

 For certain events, accessible floor seating may be available. All accessible seating ticket requests should be made in advance. Accessible seating is subject to sell-out.

Purchasing Tickets For Disabled Seating

Accessible seating can be purchased by phone with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card through our Box Office. To charge tickets by phone please dial (956) 646-1050 to reach the office at State Farm Hidalgo Arena and you will be transferred to the Box Office during working hours.  Tickets can also be purchased in person at the State Farm Hidalgo Arena Box Office.

 For any floor seating requests, the State Farm Hidalgo Arena Box Office must be advised at the time of purchase of the specific need for accessible seating on the floor, in order to determine availability.

 No accessible floor seating is guaranteed or reserved for any event in which the State Farm Hidalgo Arena Box Office was not advised at the time of advance purchase.

State Farm Hidalgo Arena makes no guarantees regarding Ticketmaster or any other entity’s representations regarding available accessible seating for any event.

Unannounced Patrons On Event Night

All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating, on the night of the event, will be directed to the Customer Service to be relocated to accessible seating, subject to availability. This booth is located in back of Section 119.

To avoid an inconvenience, it is strongly recommended that any accessible seating ticket requests be made in advance.

Companion Seating

Generally, one adjacent companion seat may be purchased and up to two additional companion seats may be purchased, subject to availability.
